Study On The Realization Mechanism Of Mountain Ecological Products

The issue of ecological civilization construction has always affected the process of building beautiful China.At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the "enhancement of lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" was written into the party constitution.At the same time,it was proposed that the main contradictions in our society were transformed into contradictions between the people's growing needs for a better life and the development of inadequate imbalances.Among them,the shortage of ecological products is regarded as a major aspect of China's social contradictions in the new era.Therefore,carrying out research on the realization mechanism of mountain ecological products is conducive to the implementation of the "two mountains" development concept and promoting the construction of beautiful China.This paper is divided into six parts.The combination of theory and practice is the basic perspective.The realization of the value of mountain ecological products is the main research object.Based on the systematic analysis of the connotation,characteristics and value realization process and mechanism of mountain ecological products,The difficulties and cases of realizing the value of ecological products in Siming Mountain area of Ningbo were analyzed.Finally,the innovative mechanism of realizing the value of mountain ecological products was put forward.Specifically,the research framework and main content of this paper are arranged as follows.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and research significance of this paper,the research status at home and abroad,as well as the research review,basic ideas and researchmethods,and the expected innovations and deficiencies.The second part is the research on the connotation of the value of mountain ecological products,which is the theoretical basis.The system combs the connotation and characteristics of mountain ecological products,compares ecological products with other related concepts,influencing factors of mountain ecological product value realization,and summarizes the process and mechanism of mountain ecological product value realization.The third part is the analysis of the status quo of ecological products in Siming Mountain,Ningbo,which is practical research.By combing the general situation of Ningbo Siming Mountain,the classification of ecological products in Ningbo Siming Mountain,and the achievements in the development and construction of ecological products in Siming Mountain,Ningbo,the next part of the research was paved the way.The fourth part is the difficulty and mode analysis of the realization of the ecological product value in Siming Mountain,Ningbo,which is case study.Based on the actual situation of Ningbo Siming Mountain,this part analyzes the difficulties in realizing the value of ecological products in Siming Mountain,Ningbo,and extracts the water resources,forest resources and ancient village resources models realized by the ecological products in Siming Mountain,Ningbo.The fifth part is the mechanism innovation of the realization of the value of mountain ecological products.Based on the previous researches,this part innovatively proposes the mechanism innovation of building the “three-level market” of mountain ecological assets and promoting the realization of the value of mountain ecological products.This part mainly defines the property right of ecological resources and constructs the "primary market" of ecological assets;build a "secondary market" of ecological assets,promote the realization of the value of ecological products;build a "three-tier market" of ecological assets,and achieve the preservation and appreciation of ecological assets.The last part is the conclusions and recommendations of the study,which are intended to summarize and makerecommendations.The study on the realization mechanism of mountain ecological products has enriched the connotation of China's ecological civilization construction,accelerated the pace of beautiful China's construction,promoted rural revitalization,and opened a new journey of socialist mountain construction practice with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,the research on the realization mechanism of mountain ecological products will be an ongoing process.Taking the Siming Mountain Area of Ningbo as an example,this paper conducts a positive exploratory study on the realization mechanism of the value of mountain ecological products,but it is inevitable that there will be some shortcomings,and experts in the academic circles are urged to criticize and correct.
