Research On The Development Strategy Of HB Company Under The Framework Of Harvard Analysis

Water is an indispensable main resource in human life.In recent years,China's economy has achieved rapid development,but caused serious environmental pollution.It makes the water resources of our country not only very scarce,but also very serious water pollution.However,the economic growth model at the expense of environment is against the concept of economic development in China.Therefore,the analysis results of Harvard analysis framework are more practical and scientific than the traditional analysis methods.It is more valuable for enterprises in the decision-making of business development.Harvard analytical framework is a pioneering framework theory put forward by k.g.Palepu,p.m.Healy and V.L.Bernard,who are three American scholars.This framework is different from the traditional financial analysis method.Its analysis perspective rises from the pure financial perspective to the overall strategic height of the enterprise.At the same time,it combines the external environment of the enterprise with its internal environment.Therefore,the analysis results of Harvard analysis framework are more practical and scientific than the traditional analysis methods,and more valuable for enterprises in business development decision-making.In this paper,HB,a state-owned sewage treatment enterprise in central China,is selected the company,as the research object,uses the financial statement data and relevant data of the company from 2015 to 2019 as the analysis basis,and uses the Harvard analysis framework to make a comprehensive analysis of its current strategic status,accounting status,financial status and prospect forecast.At the same time,based on the analysis results,the company judges the current strategy implemented by the company and the problems existing in the actual operation process,and divides the company into analyze the main causes of the problems.After that,this paper studies how to make effective development strategy for HB company in the current situation of macro policy,market environment and price mechanism,so that the enterprise can get rid of the current slow development speed and realize the sustainable,stable,rapid and healthy development of the enterprise.
