Research On The Construction Of A Stationery Cmpany's Business Combination Evaluation System

With the rapid development of our economy and the improvement of education level,people's market demand for stationery is also increasing,but with the rise of labor costs,the pressure of survival of stationery enterprises is also increasing.Every stationery enterprise,regardless of size,wants to occupy a place in the stationery market,and the competition in the stationery market is also increasing.Company A started with writing instruments,and after 20 years of unremitting efforts,it has developed into a diversified stationery company with many businesses,such as writing instruments,art materials,daily desktop office supplies,student learning supplies,high-end gift pens,etc.However,in actual operation,there is no perfect business portfolio products.Under this background,how to establish the evaluation index system of portfolio products and adjust the current portfolio to maintain market competitiveness has become a top priority.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current macro environment and industry environment.Secondly,SWOT analysis and Boston matrix analysis are carried out for Company A,and the problems existing in the existing business combination are described.Then,in view of the main causes of the existing problems,the business portfolio evaluation index system of Company A is constructed.Then through the method of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the paper analyzes the six major businesses of Company A at the second level,and based on the above analysis,puts forward the implementation plan and specific countermeasures of company A's business portfolio evaluation system.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding guarantee measures of business portfolio evaluation system.Through this study on the construction of business portfolio evaluation system,it can not only provide a basis for the future development of Company A,but also have a good reference for other stationery related enterprises.
