Abstract/Summary:
In the increasingly fierce competition in stationery market,people’s demand for stationery products is also improving.Faced with the high demand of consumers and the competitive pressure of overseas stationery enterprises,the development of stationery enterprises mainly engaged in production and manufacturing is hard and difficult to achieve breakthroughs.At present,the related research on enterprise system innovation design is limited to the evaluation of the current situation of macro development,and the research on the design behavior strategy in the transformation process of the traditional manufacturing industry.In this context,based on the theory of system innovation,this paper analyzes the design innovation behavior,innovation methods and innovation elements of stationery enterprises from the characteristics of stationery enterprises and stationery products in China,and puts forward a targeted system innovation strategy to provide some tools and theories for the system innovation design of Chinese stationery enterprises.Basics。The purpose of this paper is to analyze the behavior and effect of system innovation design in different aspects of stationery enterprises from the perspective of system,to construct the system innovation design dimension suitable for stationery enterprises,and to improve the effect of the design transformation of Chinese stationery enterprises.First,this paper analyzes and combs the current situation of Chinese stationery enterprises and the concept and model of system innovation,finds the different disciplines and directions involved in the system innovation,and extracts the common theoretical dimensions from the system innovation model with a certain universality as a preliminary research idea,and has a starting point for the research of stationery enterprises.Show action.Secondly,the paper analyzes the foreign outstanding development of stationery enterprises,sums up its innovative behavior,and analyzes its innovation goal and effect,and makes clear the first level of innovation in stationery enterprises.Thirdly,with the combination of theory and domestic and foreign cases,the four dimensions of design configuration,product design,channel experience and customer relationship are explained,subdimensions are divided,the connotation of each sub dimension is clarifying,and CPCE stationery enterprise system with 4 first dimension,15 two level dimensions and 38 evaluation factors is exported.Innovation design dimension model.Finally,based on the CPCE model to evaluate the representative Chinese stationery enterprises,analyze the gap between Chinese and foreign stationery enterprises in different dimensions,and choose the most representative enterprise(ChenGuang)to carry out a detailed investigation of multi dimension and multi method,and the innovation under the innovation as a whole and the different dimensions.Starting from the effect,we explore the gap and shortage from the perspective of system innovation,and see more representative problems of stationery enterprises.Finally,taking the research results of Chenguang as an example,we carried out the output of targeted system innovation design strategy.And through the application of the design dimension model of the stationery enterprise system innovation design,the use method of the model is provided,and the development direction of the system innovation method is provided from the dynamic change angle of the combination of several different dimensions and mutual influence.
