Study On Evaluation Index Of Enterprise Environmental Contribution

Corporate Environmental Responsibility becomes the research hotspot recent years. On one hand, it engenders influences on the development of the enterprises. On the other hand, what the corporate do to environment has deciding effect to environmental development. The paper, on the premise that all the enterprise volunteer to take on the environmental responsibility, evaluates the influence by establishing index system about the contribution that the enterprises do to environment. The research aims to promote more development by obverse evaluation. There are import theoretic and realistic significance in this new angle research.Many articles, on the assumption that the enterprises are the main destroyer of our environment, investigate environmental issue. By contrary, assuming that all of company protect environment on their own, the author praise their effort and contribution to environment, and analyze the delelopment of enterprise actions to environmental protection, which establish elements to choose elaluation indexs.The paper evaluates the environmental contribution through three lays. We know the overall contribution and action by whole and area lay evaluation. Industry lay evaluation supply standard level to enterprise lay evaluation, and the last lay is the emphases in the paper. By analyzing the how to choose main index of the enterprise lay, base on conformity index, environmental management index, life cycle evaluation for products index and stakeholder index, the article establishes evaluation index system of enterprise contribution to environment. And a new synthetically enterprise environmental contribution evaluation model was put forward by using the method of Fuzzy Aggregative Index. The essay sets forth application step of the model, the way of calculating parameter and prove the feasibility of the model.By evaluating the contribution that enterprise do in the area of environment protection, it spurs enterprises a transformation from a destroyer to erector for environment, and supply enterprises guidance to their development strategy, and also give government base knowledge to innovate environmental regulation and enact promoting policies.
