Analysis And Evaluation Of Core Competitiveness Of Listed Enterprises In Hazardous Waste Disposal Based On Value Chain

With the development of industry,more and more hazardous wastes are discharged in the process of industrial production.The environmental protection industry of hazardous waste disposal is an extremely important and special field of national economy.The development of the environmental protection industry for waste disposal will promote and promote the development of related environmental protection industries,and it will also have a long-term and stable impact on the development of the economy.In many subdivisions of environmental protection,hazardous waste industry has the characteristics of growing up,good project cash flow and high profit level.Especially after the tightening of environmental supervision,Strong disposal demand and insufficient disposal capacity have led to “both volume and price”,on the other hand,many problems in the industry are also exposed in the process of supervision,such as excessive emissions,neighborhood avoidance effect and even safety accidents.In order to explore the development direction of the industry,we will analyze the value chain of hazardous waste disposal enterprises,build the core competitiveness model of hazardous waste disposal enterprises,select nine listed hazardous waste disposal enterprises for empirical evaluation and analysis,In-depth mining of macro and micro data,combined with the actual situation of the industry for systematic and comprehensive analysis and research,Provide references for listed companies in hazardous waste disposal to enhance their core competitiveness,and to promote the sustainable development of environmental protection industries for hazardous waste disposal.After consulting the relevant literature,this paper first expounds the meaning,characteristics,elements,construction principles and evaluation methods of value chain and core competitiveness.Secondly,the definition of hazardous waste disposal and environmental protection industry,according to the characteristics of hazardous waste disposal and environmental protection industry,the evaluation system of core competitiveness of Listed Companies in hazardous waste disposal and environmental protection industry is constructed,and 16 indicators are selected.On this basis,AHP is used to evaluate the core competitiveness of 9 listed enterprises in the industry of hazardous waste disposal and environmental protection listed in Hong Kong,Shanghai and Shenzhen,Proposed six core competitiveness of hazardous waste enterprises(technical innovation,marketing capabilities,strategic management,organizational management,production disposal,human resource management capabilities),corecompetitiveness and the corresponding evaluation index,the formation of dangerous waste disposal of the evaluation system of listed companies,the environmental protection industry through expert questionnaire analysis it is concluded that the core competitiveness and the proportion of the weight of evaluation index.Then,according to the data of these evaluation indexes found in the annual reports of 9 listed hazardous waste disposal enterprises and related websites,the core competitiveness of these sample enterprises is evaluated by using this evaluation system,and the core competitiveness of sample enterprises is ranked,analyzed,and research conclusions are drawn.Reasonable Suggestions are put forward based on the conclusions.
