Reaearch On The Competitiveness Of Guangxi Border Enterprises

With the increase of global manganese alloy production,manganese ore supply increases,China’s manganese ore imports also greatly increased,2017 Guangxi manganese ore imports ranked second in the country,has become the largest manganese ore import port in southern China.Based on this background,it is of practical significance for the development of manganese mine enterprises in China to study the international competitiveness of manganese mine enterprises in Guangxi,analyze the development status of manganese mine enterprises,and seek the way to improve the international competitiveness of manganese mine enterprises.Based on the comparative advantage theory,resource-based theory of the firm and competitive advantage theory,and five forces model’s analysis,this paper constructs the index system of Guangxi manganese mine enterprise’s international competitiveness,determines the weight by analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method,and calculates the final score by linear weighting method after normalizing the index data.The study concludes that citic manganese has low profitability,insufficient scale capacity,poor financial condition and weak innovation capacity,and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures for its further development,including optimizing product structure and increasing sales channels;Promote regional cooperation,enhance enterprise visibility;Pay attention to the improvement of technological innovation and strengthen policy support,to create new advantages of the industry.
