With the adjustment of the structure of China's construction industry and the promotion of national policies,the construction industry is transforming from the traditional mode to the industrial production mode.Compared with the traditional cast-in-place construction mode,prefabricated buildings have the advantages of saving resources,shortening construction period and sustainable development.However,with the continuous application of prefabricated buildings,the construction safety problem is increasingly prominent.Construction safety is a necessary condition to ensure the steady development of the construction industry.Due to the chaotic working environment,non-standard construction operation and lack of management,the construction safety form is not optimistic.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate the safety of prefabricated buildings scientifically and effectively.This paper reviews relevant literature of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad,combines the characteristics of prefabricated field construction,and on the basis of the analysis of prefabricated building theory and construction safety theory,evaluates and studies the safety problems existing in the construction stage of prefabricated buildings.Considering the fuzziness and randomness of prefabricated buildings,Cloud Model was introduced into the traditional evaluation method to establish the safety evaluation model of prefabricated buildings.First of all,on the basis of the theory of the accident cause,hazard identification,WBS and RBS,which can identify the influential factors of the prefabricated construction safety through Rough Set knowledge reduction was listing of initial recognition,and in accordance with the safety category the main factors influencing the prefabricated building construction safety problems,in the process of the construction of prefabricated building construction personnel factor,management factor,equipment factor,material factors,technical factors,environmental factors in six aspects of safety evaluation index system.Secondly,on the basis of defining the connotation of safety evaluation in the construction stage,a method combining G1 method and CRITIC method is put forward.The G1 method is used to determine the subjective weight of the indicators,and the CRITIC method is used to determine the objective weight of the indicators,and the comprehensive weight is calculated.Based on the theory of cloud model,the standard cloud is first obtained by dividing the evaluation level,and then the comprehensive weight is combined with the evaluation cloud obtained by sorting out the evaluation data to obtain the comprehensive evaluation cloud.Finally,cloud map and similarity calculation are used to compare the comprehensive evaluation cloud with the standard cloud to obtain the security level.Finally,in combination with a prefabricated building project in Shandong province,using the proposed prefabricated building construction safety evaluation model based on cloud model of construction safety assessment,safety improvement measures are put forward,according to the evaluation result,and for prefabricated construction safety assessment and management in construction phase,to provide the reference.
