| With the continuous advancement of building industrialization,the construction industry is transforming from the traditional handicraft production mode to the industrialized production mode.With its short cycle,good quality,energy saving and environmental protection,prefabricated buildings have become one of the new breakthroughs in the future development of the construction industry..Because its construction method is completely different from traditional buildings,the types of accidents it may cause may be different from traditional buildings.In order to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents in the construction site,the potential safety risks in the construction process should be scientifically and reliably evaluated in advance.On the basis of comparing and discussing previous data,this paper uses WBS-RBS analysis method to identify the risk coupling of prefabricated building construction process,and combines the characteristics of prefabricated building construction,relevant codes,standards and documents to construct the initial list of influencing factors of prefabricated building construction safety risks.Then,the initial safety risk factors are reduced by rough set knowledge reduction,and 5 first-class indexes and 18 second-class indexes are extracted,thus forming the final evaluation index system of prefabricated building construction safety risk factors.Secondly,on the basis of clarifying the meaning of safety evaluation of construction process in site installation stage,G1 method is used to determine the subjective weight value of each evaluation index,entropy method is used to determine the objective weight value of each evaluation index,and linear weighting method is used to determine the comprehensive weight value.Based on the set pair analysis theory,the single-layer five-element fuzzy connection number between evaluation indexes is first established,and the comprehensive weight is brought into the connection degree calculation formula to determine the overall risk level of the project.Finally,taking an actual prefabricated building project as the analysis object,the safety evaluation model of prefabricated building construction based on set pair analysis is used to analyze the construction process,and it is concluded that the safety risk level of the project is "medium risk",and the influential factors are analyzed one by one and improvement measures are put forward,which provides a new idea for the safety risk control of prefabricated building construction stage. |
