Design And Technology Research Of Vehicle-Mounted Fracturing Fluid Automatic Formulation System

Fracturing fluid is the working fluid used in hydraulic fracturing in oil fields.In order to solve the problem of real-time preparation of fracturing fluids in remote oil fields,a vehicle-mounted fracturing fluid automatic preparation system was developed to effectively improve the preparation quality and preparation of fracturing fluid effectiveness.The system uses a jet pump as the main mixing device for fracturing fluid.Therefore,it is the focus and main direction of this paper to conduct theoretical analysis and simulation research on the jet pump in the preparation system to improve its mixing ability.In this paper,the overall scheme of the vehicle-mounted fracturing fluid automatic preparation system is designed,the structural design and model selection of the main equipment used are used;the theoretical analysis of the internal flow field of the jet pump is carried out using theoretical knowledge to establish the internal flow The three-dimensional model of the field,on the basis of this model,using the FLUENT module in ANSYS software to simulate the flow field,obtained the velocity and pressure distribution inside the jet pump,and optimized the structure of the jet pump according to the simulation results;The automatic control scheme of the system was designed;the vehicle performance of the equipment was analyzed.Through the above design,analysis and simulation research,the working capacity of the system and its corresponding working conditions are determined.The vehicle-mounted automatic fracturing fluid preparation system can not only improve the preparation efficiency and preparation quality of fracturing fluid,but also can effectively reduce environmental pollution and labor cost,and has high economic and social benefits.
