| In China, hydraulic fracturing was used by more and more oil field for increasing the capacity of the production of oil and gas wells and the capacity of increasing injection of injection wells. Fracturing has become the main means of the transformation of low permeability hydrocarbon reservoir and exploration of deep reservoirs. In this process, the quality of oil fracturing fluid preparation has become an important factor to ensure the success of fracturing operations. In the past process of fracturing construction, mixing liquid is the construction procedure which took the longest time. Therefore, to set up a continuous compounding device and compounding processes of fracturing fluid through the test, complete infrastructure, based on the development of the working fluid system which is of great significance to accomplish continuous compounding.In this paper, we mainly developed a automobile portable pharmaceutical system, which can not only available to realize the field control of fracturing technology, reduce labor intensity, shorten the operation cycle, but also easily adopted to reduce waste, reduce costs, pollution of the environment. On top of all that, this system will further reduce the space of pry in the car and strictly precisely controlled amount of each component of the fracturing fluid by formulated, so that the produced Fracturing fluid has small fluid loss, suspended ability, low friction, good thermal stability and shear stability, low residue, good compatibility, quickly and thoroughly broken plastic characteristics.This paper mainly analyzed the performance of multi-channel radio suction fracturing fluid mixed system(referred to as: multi-channel system) and transshipment performance of automotive systems. It established a working design theory of multi-channel system and preliminary designed the structure of multi-channel systems. It established the analysis model about the flow of string annulus fluid field. It analyzed and researched the reasonably matching technology of pharmaceuticals system and mixing system; For in-vehicle systems move and work in a state of the center of gravity of the coordinates, via performance, maximum grad ability, longitudinal and lateral stability was analyzed and the research; Using ANSYS analysis software to calculate the frame strength and stiffness, natural frequency and vibration mode. This study opens up the automobile portable fracturing fluid rapid real mixed systems in the oil calculations which will be helpful for the further theoretical research and the optimal design of the structure. |
