Research On Risk Assessment And Safety Management Countermeasures Of Storage Tank Area In Chemical Enterprises

The storage tank area of chemical enterprises is a dangerous source gathering area,and it is easy to cause major personal injury and property loss in the event of an accident.In recent years,accidents in chemical companies have occurred frequently.In March 2019,a major explosion occurred in Xiangshui Chemical Industrial Park in Yancheng,Jiangsu Province,causing dozens of casualties.The public is paying unprecedented attention to the risks of chemical companies.For sudden accidents,the importance of chemical companies' risk assessment and safety production emergency response capabilities is self-evident.This study combines the requirements of Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Foundation project"Safety Risk Assessment of Chemical Industry Park and Early Warning Technology of Catastrophe".Firstly,on the basis of summarizing relevant domestic and foreign applied research,analysis of the main problems in China's risk assessment,and research on the risk assessment method of storage tanks in chemical enterprises based on the actual situation of the research;Second,take Dalian Harbor Liquid Storage Tank Terminal Co.,Ltd.as an example,significant hazard identification and grading of major hazard sources for Dalian Harbor Liquid Storage Tank Terminal Co.,Ltd.,determine its impact on the chemical park;Third,based on research on the types of substances stored in the company's storage tank area and their harmfulness,analyze the types of accidents that may occur,and through the analysis of the accident scenario,such as tank failure frequency,leak size,leak rate and leak time,etc,research on its hazards from the aspects of pool fires,steam cloud explosions,and leakage of toxic substances.From the perspective of personal risk and social risk,determine the acceptance criteria for the safety risk of the chemical storage tank area,and map the personal risk map and social risk map of the park after the accident;Finally,establish an evaluation index system for the safety management capacity of the storage tanks of chemical enterprises,determine the weight of the indicator based on the hierarchical entropy analysis method,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,evaluate the safety management capabilities of the storage tank area of Dalian Gangwan Liquid Storage Tank Terminal Co.,Ltd.,suggested improvement measures for the safety management of the storage tank area of the enterprise.
