Since the discovery of penicillin,antibiotics have played a great role in protecting human health.So far,it has been widely used in clinical practice.With the increas:ing availability of antibiotics,the increasing use of antibiotics in clinical practice and the extended history of first-generation antibiotic use,the issue of antibiotic resistance has attracted global attention.As the first generation of semi-synthetic cephalosporin antibiotics,it has effects on most drug-resistant bacteria.Therefore,it has been applied in clinical practice rapidly since it was put on the market.Among them,Cephradine has high clinical utilization rate and large market demand in China.In the late 1990s,the total amount of foreign production was about 500 tons,and Cephradine ranked the top three in China’s antibiotic market.It is safe to use in clinic because of its wide antibacterial spectrum and small toxic and side effects.Cephradine has been on the market for nearly 40 years.With the mature production process,the production cost is reduced,the selling price is low and the profit of the sales terminal is low.This situation has resulted in Cephradine being sold primarily in small and medium-sized cities as well as in rural areas.In order to meet the needs of the rural population for drug use,it is of great significance to manufacture domestic Cephradine.The design of this project is based on the actual needs,through the comprehensive investigation of the industrialization status of Cephradine and the research status of the synihesis process.The synthesis process was optimized,and the purification workshop of Cephradine injection was carefully designed.The main work of this design is divided into material balance calculation,energy balance calculation and equipment selection.Finally,the workshop layout and non-process design section are designed in combination with various equipment.The main contents of this design are as follows:1)according to the design task,comprehensively carried out the material balance and energy balance,paving the way for the design and actual production of the next section.2)based on the domestic and foreign equipment models,according to the task requirements and calculations,the equipment selection of this section was completed,which improved the advancement of the equipment,reduced the energy consumption and improved the controllability of product quality.3)the scientific layout inside the workshop was completed,and the layout of the workshop was evaluated and considered comprehensively with regard to equipment function,equipment connection,equipment power and heat dissipation,human flow space and logistics scale,etc.,and the best design scheme was finally selected.The scheme is not only more convenient for manual operation,but also improves the working environment of administrative and quality testing personnel,and realizes the effective isolation of different types of workers.The design results are as follows:1.Design specification(design specification contains design basis,production scale and product scheme,production method demonstration,production process description,etc.);2.2.Equipment drawings,workshop layout plan and equipment installation drawings;4.According to the material and energy balance in the production process,made the equipment selection and the whole workshop layout.This design USES AutoCAD drawing software to draw a A1 equipment diagram,an A1 process flow chart and an A1 layout diagram.The practical application proves that the design can meet the actual production demand,fully considering the production cost and capacity consumption;It can meet the design requirements of production enterprises for product quality improvement and ensure the reliability of product quality.The design fully considers the principle of environmental protection and safe production,follows the concept of green chemical industry,recycles the harmful and toxic reagent,and improves the economic benefit. |
