| Based on the data of "15Kg/batch ball polypropylene catalyst preparation pilot",Lanzhou Chemical Research Center carried out the development of "100t/year ball polypropylene catalyst production technology".The technological methods and technological conditions for the removal of trace’ moisture in raw materials such as liquid paraffin and methyl silicone oil were determined by molecular sieve.Based on the experimental data,the core equipment such as reactor,alcohol kettle,alcohol compound curing kettle and raw material were dried Tower,hexane recovery tower and other structural design,to determine the key equipment of the process operating conditions,completed the process flow chart(PFD)design.On this basis,the "100 t/a ball polypropylene catalyst production plant" industrial design and process piping and instrument flow chart(PID)and public works pipeline and instrument flow chart(UID)design;and process equipment layout Design and so on.The core equipment of the selection and selection of work for the plant’s industrial production has laid a solid foundation. |
