Research On Company A's Internationalization Ability Evaluation System

With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration,China's major oil companies have also stepped up the layout of the international market and expanded the company's influence in the international market.After years of development in the international market,some oil companies have gained a certain reputation in the international petroleum engineering market,but their internationalization capabilities have not yet been measured by a suitable evaluation system.Therefore,this paper selects Company A as the representative of China's petroleum enterprises,and designs a set of evaluation system suitable for evaluating the internationalization ability of Company A.It uses data to point out the direction for the future international development of Company A,and also the internationalization ability of other Chinese oil companies.The situation provides a reference basis.This paper systematically constructs a multi-level internationalization capability evaluation index system consisting of 7 first-level indicators and 21 second-level indicators.This index system can help Company A fully understand the actual situation of internationalization and utilize internationalization capabilities.The results of the evaluation will diagnose the problems existing in the international operation of the enterprise,improve the international management of the enterprise,enhance the competitiveness of the international market of the enterprise,and improve the international operation level of the enterprise.In the selection of internationalization ability evaluation methods,the article analyzes and compares several existing evaluation methods,and selects AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the main research method of this paper,and introduces the steps of using internationalization ability evaluation in detail.In order to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the evaluation system,the article also selected the company's example application of the evaluation method model,and through the example application,the internationalization ability evaluation index system constructed in this paper and the proposed evaluation method are integrated.This article is a comprehensive review of the international operation of Company A,and has a strong reference value for the company's international operation,thus ensuring the successful implementation of international operations.
