As a country with a large population and industry,China has a high demand for oil resource development and strategic reserve.However,while oil development projects obtain stable and large amount of oil resources,the output scale of oil development pollution is also further expanded,which leads to the continuous deterioration of the local groundwater environment.Due to the concealment of groundwater,it is difficult to find and treat after the groundwater environment is polluted.Therefore,the prediction of groundwater environmental quality under the background of oil development pollution is an important guarantee to realize the prevention and treatment of groundwater environmental pollution,and it is also an important subject to realize the coordinated development of oil development and groundwater environmental protection.Based on literature search,this study summarizes the main technological process and characteristics of oil development projects,and determines the main pollutants and pollution sources that affect the groundwater environment in different stages of oil development projects,and in this way,the mechanism analysis and measurement index system of oil development pollution affecting groundwater environment are carried out;then the SPSS software is used to verify and correct the scientific rationality of the measurement index system;finally,the GA-BP neural network prediction model is used to simulate and predict the impact of oil development pollution on groundwater environment in northern Shaanxi,and the measures and suggestions for groundwater environmental protection are put forward on the basis of the simulation prediction results and measurement index system.The simulation results show that the groundwater environmental quality in the oil development area of northern Shaanxi is the national standard class V water quality,which can no longer be used as domestic water,indicating that the oil development pollution in northern Shaanxi has seriously affected the local groundwater environmental safety.Compared GA the simulation results before and after optimization,the average prediction error of GA-optimized BP neural network prediction model is reduced from 0.0059 to 0.0015,and the relative error is reduced from 0.077% to 0.011%.Compared with other studies,this study avoids the process of groundwater quality sampling,laboratory analysis and so on,and the data is easier to obtain and the operation is simpler,which greatly reduces the consumption of manpower and material resources.From the operation process of the model and the comparison results,the prediction model based on GA-BP neural network is feasible and effective,and has strong applicability in the field of environmental quality assessment and environmental prediction.The trained network can be fixed to form a prediction tool with high practical value to predict groundwater quality in the context of oil pollution in other regions.
