Petroleum is the most dependable primary energy for human beings, and the most widely used of the clean energy is natural gas.The activities of Large-scale exploitation, transportation, refining and reprocessing of petroleum and natural gas are harmful to our environment. The wastewater which is produced by these activities, the ground crude oil, solid waste and a large amount of waste from all kinds of accidents during production and transportation are usually a threat to the security of regional groundwater environment. Therefore, before the large-scale exploitation of oil and gas,a groundwater assessment on the environmental impact should be done in a strict manner to ensure the safety of local groundwater resources. For exploration of oil and gas projects, work processes,Principles and methods of assessment set by "ettechniques Environmental Guidelines for the assessment of the environmental impact of underground waters"(HJ610-2011)are all applicable. However, given the characteristics of the oil and gas industry, the "Guide" produced a number of concerns in the process of implementation specific. In the following,a special study will be situated in the eontext of environmental impacts on groundwater eonducted by the fields of oil and gas Sinopec in the south of Ordos Basin, district Fu.By analyzing the project overview of oil-gas field construction project in district Fu,to clearly understand the impact which the oil-gas construction project do to groundwater resource and quality, then we come to a conclusion that:Oil-gas exploitation, transportation and other related activities will impact the quality of local groundwater environment, and we need select groundwater environment impact and predictors by combining the projection development situation.By collecting and analyzing the date of local geology and hydrogeology,we clearly understand the situation of local groundwater resource development and the impact of oil-gas development&construction project to the various aquifers.According to the provision standards of"Guidelines",combined with groundwater quality&water level monitoring results,we could make a evaluation to groundwater quality and the variation of groundwater level in study area. The evaluation result is:the groundwater level in study area is not the dynamic changes within the hydrological year, overall groundwater quality in good situation. The main pollutants are petroleum and ammonia pollutants, which mainly from oil-gas field construction and human activities.By hydrogeological field experiments we could determine the permeability coefficient to evaluate the antifouling performance of aeration zone in study area.Select the Zhong Fu 18#well site for prediction and evaluation, used of the related information and monitoring date which has been obtained, and GMS software to establish the hydrogeological conceptual model, combined with the actual situation, simulate the contaminant transport in groundwater system in the case.Forecast and simulate the impact which from well site, the ground station and the water wells for the exploitation to groundwater environment in study area.Combined the foreeast results,we will take different environment protection measures for different groundwater sources. While planning the establishment of groundwater pollution monitoring systems and groundwater pollution incident emergency plan.Through impact assessment study of groundwater environment,we could get a Scientific Evidence for choosing the project site of oil-gas oil-gas development&construction, equipment deployment, and groundwater resource protection in study area. And prevent and control groundwater pollution problems which are caused by petroleum and natural gas industry production, lead to achieve a win-win economic and ecological environment.
