Study On The Improvement Of Long-term Control Mechanism For The Comprehensive Improvement Of Urban And Rural Environment In Ganjiang New Area

The effective control of the urban and rural environment in the Ganjiang New Area has an important role in creating green new areas and creating new urbanization demonstration areas.At present,the "surprise remediation" management and control model in the daily management of the comprehensive urban and rural environment remediation in the Jiangxi Ganjiang New Area cannot meet the needs of the people in the new district for a better environment.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the long-term management and control mechanism of comprehensive urban-rural environment improvement in Ganjiang New Area,to continuously improve the urban-rural environment of Ganjiang New Area,to enhance the management level of urban-rural comprehensive improvement in the new district,and to create a beautiful "Jiangxi Model" pioneer area in beautiful China.This article takes the comprehensive urban and rural environment improvement in the Ganjiang New Area as the research object,and uses the public management theory to analyze the long-term management and control mechanism of the comprehensive improvement of the urban-rural environment in the Ganjiang New District.First,through investigation and interviews,combined with the author's actual engagement in the comprehensive urban and rural environment remediation management and controlof the new district,it is concluded that the current long-term management of urban and rural environment comprehensive remediation in the new district is not smooth,the coordinated operation mechanism is not smooth,the heavy assault remediation lacks normal management,and the comprehensive remediation has a supervision and management vacuum Comprehensively rectify the problem of low social participation.Secondly,according to the actual situation of the new district management system,the reasons for long-term management and control include the imperfect operation mechanism of the urban and rural environmental management system,the comprehensive rectification guarantee system,the inadequate supervision and evaluation mechanism,and insufficient publicity and guidance.Finally,based on the experience of domestic and international environmental remediation,based on the actual situation of Ganjiang New Area,the countermeasures for improving the long-term management of urban and rural environment comprehensive improvement in the new district are proposed.The second is to improve the comprehensive urban and rural environment protection mechanism.The third is to establish a monitoring and incentive system for comprehensive urban and rural environmental improvement.Fourth,we must strengthen the establishment of a publicity and guidance system for comprehensive urban and rural environmental improvement.
