Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid growth of China’s economic level,the scale of production and operation of construction enterprises has gradually increased.In 2019,the added value of the whole social construction industry in China was 70904 billion yuan,an increase of 5.6%over the previous year.The profits of general contracting and professional contracting construction enterprises with qualification grades in the country were 83.81 billion yuan,an increase of 5.1%over the previous year,of which the state-owned holding enterprises were 258.5 billion yuan,an increase of 14.5%.The construction industry is the pillar industry of our country,both the output value and the number of employees occupy a pivotal position in the domestic market.The rapid development of the construction industry,driving the growth of the national economy,gradually become an important pillar of the national economy[1].In the new era,the development of construction industry promotes the development of various industries,at the same time,the development of various industries also brings new development opportunities and challenges,and puts forward higher requirements for the work of construction engineering safety production.Under the condition that the whole country attaches great importance to the quality and safety of the project,reducing the incidence of the safety accidents of the construction project becomes an important obstacle to the high quality development of the construction industry.This requires us to combine the problems that appear in the safety management of the construction site,to explore all kinds of possible factors that affect the safety of the construction,and to explore the countermeasures and measures to prevent accidents in a targeted way..Therefore,improving the safety management ability of engineering projects is an important measure and effective way to promote the orderly and healthy development of the construction industry.It is of great significance to lack relevant effective industry standards for the safety management process of engineering projects,to ensure the sustainable development of the construction industry,to improve the safety of engineering projects,to ensure the quality of life of the people and to improve the safety management level of construction enterprises.Through the research and analysis of engineering project safety management theory and material element extension theory,this paper expounds the connotation of engineering project safety management theory,defines the purpose of this study,and puts forward the influencing factors that affect the safety management level of engineering project.On this basis,the evaluation model of engineering project safety management based on object element extension is constructed.Based on the owa operator weighting method and the object element extension method,the case is analyzed.The evaluation of the four main influencing factors of engineering project safety management can more deeply define the framework and method of improving its project safety management level into each index of each main factor.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)the connotation of engineering project safety management research is defined,and the connotation of engineering project safety management is clarified on the basis of the relevant literature and specifications.(2)The evaluation index system of project safety management is constructed.Combined with the characteristics of project management,the evaluation index system of project safety management is constructed.The evaluation model of project safety management is established.owa operator is used to empower the relevant indexes,and then the model element extension method is used to evaluate the safety management level.(3)This paper selects the real estate project of gz088 plot(Jiujing Rongyuan)as the evaluation object,and uses the evaluation model of project safety management constructed in this paper to evaluate and analyze,which fully reflects the practicability of this system.The project safety management model constructed in this paper is useful for improving and improving the safety management level of other real estate projects,and also provides a framework and method for evaluating and improving the safety management ability of other real estate enterprises...
