| The oil and gas pipeline is the important energy supply to the development of the nationaleconomy and the operation safety and stability of the pipeline is subjected to the line pipes,while the project management in mill supervision is the important guarantee of line pipequality. The project management in mill supervision is new developed subject combined withthe project management and computer information, which couldn’t match the computerinformation and internet because of late start and short time, and the line pipe quality andmanagement efficient need to be improved. So the paper aimed to design and develop the millsupervision projects management system, so as to improve the line pipe quality andmanagement efficient by computer assistance.The information data of the quality and progress of supervised projects were achieved byliterature reviewing and spot investigating both of the oil and gas pipeline and the program ofthe supervision, and the status and imperfection of the mill supervision projects managementwere analyzed, as well as the demand and feasibility of the supervised projects managementsystem were researched, and the basic demand and the target function were also designed.Meanwhile, the mill supervision projects management system was designed and developed bythe computer internet and date base, which include the basic management subsystem, millsupervision projects management subsystem, the employee management subsystem, theequipment management subsystem, the case management subsystem and inquiry managementsubsystem, by which, the information of project human resource, the project equipment andthe projects would be managed by computer coordinately.The designed mill supervision projects management system had the employees,equipments and supervision projects managed by computer information, and had themechanical properties of raw materials and line pipe, results of mill inspection and test,dispatch of line pipe managed and controlled, by the project item ID, which was defined bycontract, manufacturer, pipe type, pipe size and pipe grade. Each subsystem of millsupervision projects management system could run stably and response timely after thedebugging, running, and patching on local area net and internet, and the function of data correlation, data compliance, data storage, data upload and download were realized as theexpected target. |
