By 2020,China's per capita GDP will exceed us $10,000,representing a major transformation of China's social structure.Under the growing trend of middle-income groups,the jewelry industry has huge market potential.In order to meet the needs of a large number of consumer groups for personalized,customized and emotional jewelry wear,it is of far-reaching research significance to establish a personalized jewelry customization system and build an intelligent flexible production line.Since the Stone Age,jewelry has carried human culture,spirit and belief in the form of ornaments,with the pursuit of "beauty" as the ultimate appeal.In every stage of human development,jewelry is the concentrated embodiment of contemporary aesthetics.With the continuous development of industrial civilization and the popularization of Internet,the standard of "beauty" in human society has changed from single to multiple,and the demand for personalized and exclusive jewelry has become the focus of design.Using modern AI technology and 5G network to transform and upgrade the jewelry industry is a new challenge facing this traditional industry.In this paper,the type of strip ring as a breakthrough,through the description of the bar ring in the construction of intelligent customization system and supporting automatic flexible production line to face and solve the problem,for the jewelry intelligent customization system to play a role of an example.This paper includes the history of the creation of the strip ring,the characteristics of the jewelry,the accurate definition and the humanity contained therein.The evolution and development trend of strip ring production and processing;Development status of new equipment,industrial cloud platform and digital design under the "industry 4.0" wave;The front end development of the strip ring intelligent customization system and the back end intelligent production plant constructed by the flexible production line;And the prospect of new jewelry ecology after the completion of the project.In this paper,the construction of strip ring intelligent customization system is based on the application of existing mature technology,which has limitations ininnovation.Through this paper,the author is committed to sorting out the innovation projects of this traditional industry,refining the difficulties and development direction of the jewelry industry in the process of intelligent transformation,and guiding the jewelry industry to turn to a new mode of mass customization and personalized production.
