In recent years,with the development of social productivity,large-scale mass production has resulted in a monotonous and homogenous style of market products,which cannot meet people’s individual needs and longing for a better life.Large-scale production methods gradually lose their advantages in the competition of enterprises.The manufacturing mode of enterprises has gradually evolved from mass customization to a personalized customization model.This article starts from the perspective of tile pattern design and combines the needs of M company to propose a personalized tile pattern intelligent design method.First of all,in order to obtain the personalized needs of consumers,this article researches and analyzes the purchase behavior of consumers,and acquires the purchase data of ceramic tile consumers through web crawlers.Then,descriptive statistics and classifications of these data are obtained,and relevant data are obtained.Tile category.After further studying the features that affect the classification effect of the tiles,we found that the four characteristics of the tiles,such as color,category,size,and space,have the greatest impact on the classification of tiles.When consumers purchase tiles,they only need to provide the attributes of these features,and they can find Appropriate tile categories;Secondly,this paper uses deep convolutional networks to extract consumer-preferred image elements,and successfully implements tile-style fusion by constructing a loss function and setting the weighted proportions.Finally,through the combination of software and hardware facilities,the paper explores the custom design of tile patterns.The innovation of this paper is to apply the new method of image processing to the design field to solve the problem of personalized design.Through the design method of this article,ordinary tiles can be personalized tiles,which can provide certain added value for tile products.The research results have guiding significance to the individual industry demand acquisition methods of the tile industry,and provide the development of personalized custom design of the tile industry certain guidance.
