Wireless sensor networks is one of the key technologies of Internet of things,which is widely used in the field of environmental monitoring.In view of the problems existing in the environmental monitoring system of ceramic production workshop at present,this paper puts forward the environmental monitoring system of ceramic production workshop based on Io T-WSN,and constructs the sensing layer,transmission layer and application layer.After processing,the data collected by WSN is gathered to the gateway node and uploaded to One NET cloud platform through ESP8266 Wi-Fi module.Users can view the workshop environment information in real time on the web.In order to achieve the above functions,this paper mainly carries out the following work:1.Researched WSN networking technology and communication protocol,designed tree network topology and API data frame structure.Combined with the open source hardware platform Arduino and multi-type sensors,it realizes multi-source environmental information perception in the ceramic production workshop.2.Based on the Enhanced Device Protocol,the connection between WSN field gateway and One NET cloud platform is established,and the remote real-time data interaction function is realized.Using the RESTful Web development architecture,the upper computer application software based on the cloud platform has been developed,the UI interface has been customized,and the degree of data visualization has been improved.3.WSN data fusion technology is studied,and a two-level data fusion mechanism is proposed: at the end device,the data collected by the same type of sensor was processed by first-level adaptive weighted average fusion;in the router node,kalman filter algorithm was used for secondary fusion processing.The two-level data fusion mechanism reduces the amount of data transmission in WSN network,reduces the energy consumption of nodes,reduces the interference of random noise,and improves the monitoring accuracy.4.Using the AHP analytic method,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of air quality in the ceramic production workshop was established,and a grading evaluation of air quality was realized.Through comparative experiments with the single factor evaluation method,it is concluded that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP can more objectively reflect the actual status of air quality.
