The printing and dyeing industry plays an important role in the economic development of China.With the continuous development of industrial technology,the workshop environment is becoming more and more complex,the workshop environment monitoring is necessary.At present,different types of printing and dyeing enterprises have manual on-site inspection,wired data transmission,intelligent workshop in workshop environmental technology.In this dissertation,the workshop environment monitoring technology of small and micro printing and dyeing enterprises adopts manual on-site inspection,wired data monitoring existence of information collection is not ideal,facilities installation is not convenient.The Narrow Band Internet of Things(NB-IoT)technology is used to design the workshop environment monitoring system for small and micro printing and dyeing enterprises.The wireless communication is to realize the data transmission,which has the advantages of convenient installation,low power consumption and convenient operation.The system uses STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller as the main control chip,DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor,MQ-2 methane concentration sensor and BMP180 pressure sensor to realize environmental data acquisition in the workshop,and establishes network communication through NB-IOT.Complete data storage and calculation on the One Net cloud platform;Developed the Android client APP,and established the connection with the cloud platform through the MQTT protocol.Enterprise managers can view real-time data and historical data through the client APP,and master the change rule of workshop environmental monitoring data through the data line chart.The system is designed to use BP neural network in local terminal data risk probability prediction analysis.The experimental test system runs stably and achieves the design goal.
