Monitoring and analysis of environmental noise has important applications in noise pollution control and treatment.With the development of monitoring terminals,the environmental noise data is growing explosively,which brings great challenges to the collection,statistical analysis,storage and application of environmental noise data.Traditional environmental noise monitoring and analysis has not met the application requirements and needs to be combined with current advanced big data processing methods to achieve environmental noise data applications.Environmental noise has the characteristics of complex data sources and different structures,so traditional relational databases cannot be used for data storage.Since the application of data includes real-time application of noise data and historical data statistics,the selection of the big data processing framework must meet the needs of the application.In this context,a corresponding monitoring and analysis scheme is proposed after analyzing the characteristics of environmental noise data for environmental noise based on the research of Storm real-time computing.Hadoop internal task processing mechanism and HBase unstructured data storage technology.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.The architecture of the environmental noise monitoring and analysis system based on the hybrid architecture cloud platform is proposed.The architecture adopts the real-time processing of environmental noise based on the Storm platform,and uses HBase in Hadoop to implement noise data storage and MapReduce programming to implement historical noise data batch processing.Combine real-time processing with batch processing and distributed data storage to achieve efficient calculation and storage management of noisy data.2.After analyzing the characteristics of environmental noise data and its application requirements,it proposes a distributed storage scheme based on HBase-based environmental noise data,and proposes solutions to some problems existing in the process of HBase use.Firstly,a noise data table row structure that can solve the Mhot spot" problem of environmental noise data storage is designed.Then,the related optimization method is proposed for the recovery measures of HRegionServer failure,and the HRegionServer fault recovery is realized quickly.Finally,the HBase coprocessor was studied and a secondary index table for fast data retrieval for column queries was designed.3.A new improved method is proposed for the environmental noise prediction model GM(1,1),and the new model is based on noise data.The results show that the model has a larger prediction accuracy than the traditional GM(1,1)prediction model.Upgrade,prediction accuracy meets practical application requirements.4.Finally,a Web-based environmental noise data application and management system is designed according to user requirements and application requirements of noise data.The GIS technology is applied to the system to realize real-time environmental noise data display in real time in the GIS map;for the calculation result of the historical data in the system,the EChart technology is used for graphical display.
