The heat-engine plant is the big consumer of coal, so it is surely the main emission source of flue gas pollutant. With China attaches importance to environmental protection, the environmental protection administration monitors heat-engine plants' flue gas always very strict, and some heat-engine plants make data fabrication in order to achieve discharge level. So that requires real time monitoring to flue gas.This article designs heat-engine plants' flue gas monitoring systems' basic structure. Analyzes each portion's function, makes clear attentions when you do system development.At the data acquisition and transmission portion, we utilize data transmission technology based on Socket and OPC, to send and receive data.This article introduces the Cloud Computing Platform—Hadoop,it has the most extensive use in industry. It is a distributed file system and also a frame to conduct parallel computing. Hadoop is mainly used in mass data processing, Data Mining and log analysis domain. Hadoop includes two main component: HDFS(Hadoop Distributed File System) and MapReduce, and introduces their working mechanism respectively.During the storage stage, this article analyzes how to storage mass flue gas data in detail. First of all, provides sound storage structure by list the characters of flue gas data. Introduces HBase' storage characteristics and the method of application. And then designs the system and declares its function, provides the HBase data module, designs the storage table structure and explains how the data transmits from HBase to Oracle database.From the perspective of the storage job scheduler, this article explains fully the scheme to storage and schedule data based on MapReduce. Designs pretreatment mechanism based on HBase, conducts design and elaboration on concrete implement during the computing job analysis. Utilizes rough set's reduction method, aimed at these three kinds of data, conducts detailed solution design and process design, finally conducts reduction method to recuct real SiO2 data, the result accords to the desired effect due to the design scheme.
