| With the increasingly strict national environmental protection requirements,the use of clean energy has been vigorously carried out throughout the country,which is a major event closely related to national development and people’s lives.Natural gas itself is clean,efficient and environmentally friendly,and its choice as a clean energy source is unquestionable.With the increase in demand for natural gas across the country in recent years,national and local governments have successively laid a large number of long-distance gas pipelines to ensure the demand for domestic natural gas.In the natural gas transmission pipeline system,the gas transmission station plays the role of providing power for natural gas,and is the most important of the entire gas pipeline system,ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the entire pipeline gas transmission system.However,due to various requirements of long-distance gas pipelines,such as more gas transmission station equipment and more complex process technologies,scientific management is needed to ensure the safety of the gas pipeline system and ensure the safety of the station.Smooth gas transmission.In order to achieve the above objectives,this paper has carried out the following aspects:First,fully researched the domestic and international gas pipeline projects,and learned about the development status of gas pipeline projects at home and abroad,especially the existing safety of natural gas transmission stations.The risk assessment method was studied to investigate the current safety management methods and the existing safety management status of natural gas transmission stations.Secondly,taking Nanchong gas transmission station as the research object,HAZOP and LOPA analysis methods were used to evaluate the safety of the operation method of Nanchong gas transmission station,and found that there were 8 medium risk points in the operation process and important equipment.Security risk issues such as 10 risk points.Thirdly,according to the above-mentioned safety hazards,the corresponding suggestions and improvement measures are put forward to improve the safety of process operation of Nanchong gas transmission station. |
