For high efficient,low failure rate and wide range of application,Electric Submersible Progressing Cavity Pum(ESPCP)is becoming more and more favorite of the professionals in the industry by means of screw pump driven by submersible motor lifting liquid.Transmission gear is the key part in the system.Due to restrictions of the tubing diameter,it has become the bottleneck problem of the development and popularization for transmission gear to increase the torque and to cut down the speed.This article takes the planetary gear transmission of ESPCP as study object to research how to improve the work ability of driving gear and how to share the load among the planets in this transmission.Through a combination of theoretical analysis and test,the gear tooth profile and the load sharing mechanism are studied in order to provide theoretical basis about the independent research and development and technical support for ESPCP.By analyzing the working conditions of ESPCP and the movement characteristics of screw pump the various transmission scheme realizing concentric reducer is compared.NGW planetary gear transmission is adopted.In the aspect of theory,they are studied for involute gear with large pressure angle to increase the capacity and to share the load among the planets by floating elastic film.Through comparison testing for the planetary gear transmission consisted of standard gear without load sharing mechanism and consisted of large pressure angle gear with load sharing mechanism also the test results be analyzed.The basic cause of all kinds of failure are the nonuniform load distribution and the bearing capacity insufficient of standard gear with 20~?pressure angle,and the corresponding improvement measures are puts forward.This article introduces the technical measures of gear with large pressure angle,load sharing mechanism among the planets and independent gear lubrication protector to the planetary gear transmission of ESPCP.The obvious effect is obtained to improve its performance and increase the capacity.
