As a form of mechanical transmission with large transmission ratio,strong carrying capacity and high transmission efficiency,planetary gear is widely used in the field of mechanical transmission.However,due to errors in design,manufacturing and installation,the performance of planetary gear transmission is affected to a certain extent.In this paper,KISSsoft and ANSYS software are used to design and simulate the 2K-H planetary gear transmission system in a new long-stroke pumping unit reducer,and the gear tooth meshing pair is combined to modify and optimize the tooth profile and tooth direction.Using KISSsoft to discretize the parameters of the 2K-H planetary gear transmission system in the reducer of the long-stroke pumping unit and design the structural parameters,the planetary gear transmission system model is constructed.The calculated values of the tooth surface slip rate are all in(-1,1)In accordance with the design requirements,the meshing gear teeth will not interfere or jam after the tooth profile line is tested.According to the calculation of gear tooth strength and meshing performance analysis,it is concluded that the safety factor of sun gear tooth surface before modification is 0.9582 less than the allowable safety factor 1.The contact temperature distribution of the sun gear-planetary gear meshing pair is uneven,and the heat and stress distribution is biased toward one end of the gear tooth.The eccentric load phenomenon in the transmission is serious.In order to solve the above problems,the sun gear-planetary gear meshing pair was combined with tooth profile and tooth profile modification.After modification,the simulation calculation analysis results show that the safety factors of the gears after modification meet the allowable safety factors,and the contact temperature drops by 10°C about,the transmission error is reduced by 0.7698?m,the heat generation is reduced by 162J/mm,the contact stress is reduced by 357.635N/mm~2,and the distribution is more uniform,and the tooth surface unbalanced load is effectively eliminated.Finally,ANSYS was used to conduct a modal analysis of the planetary gear train before and after the modification.The calculation and analysis results show that the overall vibration of the gear train after the modification has decreased by nearly 2%-3%.Based on KISSsoft and ANSYS,the optimization design and simulation of planetary gear transmission system are carried out,and the tooth meshing pair is modified and optimized,which effectively reduces the vibration and noise,improves the transmission performance of the gear system,and improves the stability of the transmission system.The research conclusion has certain theoretical and engineering application value for improving the transmission performance and transmission stability of planetary gear.
