Shearer is the main machinery for coal mining.The working environment is bad,if the operation process failure,the whole coal mining work will be interrupted,and the maintenance environment will be bad.Therefore,it is necessary for the shearer to be able to work steadily and continuously.As an important transmission system of shearer,the stability and reliability of planetary gear reducer in cutting part of shearer affect the whole mining efficiency of shearer.The planetary gear reducer can withstand large loads because of its power shunt of more than one planetary gear.However,due to installation and manufacturing error and shock vibration,the load sharing characteristics of planetary gear system is reduced.It may lead to stress concentration,accelerated wear,reduced service life and other problems.Based on the analysis of the influence of gear axis position deviation on the load sharing characteristics of the system.Firstly,the structure and working principle of planetary gear reducer are analyzed from the statics,the transmission ratio,system characteristic frequency,meshing force between teeth are calculated.According to Hertz’s theory and Hook’s law,the stress and deformation calculation of gear teeth under rated working conditions are analyzed.Secondly,the effects of manufacturing and installation errors and the floating of components on the load sharing characteristics of the planetary gear transmission system are studied.The static-load characteristics of each error of the system are analyzed,especially considering the influence of the gear axis deviation on the system load equalization.The influence of the axial position deviation of the planetary and solar gears on the load-sharing characteristics is also studied.Then,from the point of view of dynamics,the dynamic model of planetary gear transmission system is established by using ADAMS,and the dynamic load sharing characteristic of the system is analyzed.The flexible analysis of planetary frame of planetary gear system is carried out,and the rigid-flexible coupling system is established.The effect of axis position deviation of solar and planetary gears on the dynamic load sharing characteristics is studied respectively by analyzing the improvement of the performance of the rigid-flexible coupling system on the load sharing and load sharing.Finally,the optimal relationship between the axial center position deviation and the load-sharing performance is obtained.The finite element contact mechanics analysis of gear system with misalignment of gear axis position is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench,and the stress and strain cloud diagram of gear is obtained,which ensures that the contact strength of gear after optimization design can meet the requirement of strength.A brief modal analysis of the system is carried out to ensure that the planetary gear system will not resonate because of the optimized components.
