| In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the scale of rail transit construction in China,rail transit has become the most important mode of transportation for chinese residents.The rail transit operating mileage continues to grow,which it facilitates residents’ travel and also brings many problems,such as equipment failures,train delays and other rail traffic emergencies which occur frequently.Considering the complexity and closedness of the rail transit system,once a rail transit emergency occurs,it will bring fatally serious losses to society,passengers and the natural environment.Therefore,it is crucial to ensure the normal operation of rail transit through handling various emergencies efficiently and rapidly.This paper focuses on the emergency management of the regional urban rail transit integration system.Firstly,this paper clarifies the definition of regional urban rail transit integration and emergency management and expounds the characteristics of integrated system,analyzes the possible operation modes of integrated systems and the problems existing in the regional urban rail transit integration at the present stage.The characteristics of regional urban rail transit emergencies and the necessary of emergency management ate explained.Secondly,this paper combines with the "four-stage" model and the features of the regional urban rail transit integration system,the integrated emergency management is divided into four stages:prevention with emergency,monitoring with early warning,emergency handle with rescue and emergency post-disposal.Based on the four stages and through analyzing the key problems that should be solved in different stages,proposing the relevant suggestions for improving the emergency management level of the integrated emergency.Then on this basis,the two key issues which are the integrated emergency dispatch command(Referred to as "IEDC")and the integrated emergency management system(Referred to as "IEMS")are argued.Thirdly,this paper researches about IEDC.Based on the analysis which is the principle and characteristics of IEDC and the influencing factors of IEDC mode selection,proposing the possible methods of IEDC,analyzing the emergency adaptability of each method.Taking the unified IEDC as an example,the dispatch command process modeling of IEDC are carried out.Finally,this paperresearches the IEMS detailedly,proposing the general goal and principle of building an IEMS,and combining with the actual integration of urban rail transit,the overall structure and subsystems of IEMS are putted forward.Then building a workflow for IEMS,and basing on the UML modeling language to model the workflow.In order to simply realize the workflow char,the C++ language is used to code implementation,which lays a foundation for the further development of the system.At the end of the paper,it is summarized that the research results of the full text and make a prospect of the future development. |
