| In recent years,with the vigorous development of the regional economy,the regional rail transit system with high-speed railways,intercity railways,subways,monorails and other multi-standard composites has developed rapidly and has undertaken high-density and high-intensity transportation tasks.Compared with the single system,regional rail transit has a wider coverage and more complex and diverse equipment.These characteristics have increased the variety of risks,the risk impact is greater,and the consequences of accidents are more serious.Therefore,improving the level of regional rail transit safety guarantee has become a top priority.However,the lack of linkage between various types of rail transit in regions of our country,the difficulty of sharing emergency resources across standards,and the lack of coordinated allocation of emergency repair resources of multiple standards have severely limited the improvement of regional rail transportation safety guarantee levels.In view of the above-mentioned problems,this thesis aims at improving the efficiency of emergency maintenance,and studies the optimization method of regional rail transit emergency maintenance resources allocation.By analyzing the current situation of single-system rail emergency operation and maintenance,a regional rail transit emergency response and maintenance efficiency evaluation method is established,and an optimization method for regional rail transit emergency maintenance resource allocation based on resource sharing is proposed and verified by simulation.The following research work was completed by this thesis:(1)This thesis studies the emergency maintenance process and emergency resource allocation status of single-system rail transit,to better understand the current status of regional rail transit emergency maintenance,and provides a basis for subsequent simulation modeling work.(2)In order to better improve and optimize the efficiency of regional rail transit emergency operation and maintenance,regional rail transit emergency response and maintenance efficiency evaluation methods are established in this thesis,emergency response and maintenance efficiency improvement methods were proposed,and the improvement methods were verified with a single case.(3)Aiming at the problem of the lack of coordinated allocation and optimization of multi-standard emergency maintenance resources,according to the characteristics of regional rail transit,a method of optimal allocation of regional rail transit emergency resources based on the sharing of multi-standard emergency resources is proposed.First,the optimal allocation model of rail transit emergency resources was established.Through the sharing of multi-standard emergency resources,the overall efficiency of emergency operation and maintenance was improved,and the regional rail transit in Chongqing was analyzed and verified as an example.(4)In order to better verify the optimization effect of the regional rail transit emergency resource allocation optimization method,this thesis uses AnyLogic simulation software to simulate the regional rail transit emergency maintenance process,analyzes the simulation experiment results before and after the resource allocation optimization,and verifies the optimization effectiveness of the method. |
