The Research Of KazMunayGaz's HSE Management System

In recent years,the HSE(Healthy,Safety,and Environment)management system,which is an effective tool for improving the management level of enterprises,has become more and more widely used in the petroleum and petrochemical fields.The system is mainly based on in advance risk analysis to predict risks that the company's production activities may cause to the society,other companies,and its employees,and then adopt effective prevention measures to weaken adverse consequences of human and property damage,loss of economic benefits,and social environmental caused by company's activities.KazMunayGaz is Kazakhstan's main state-owned oil company and plays a decisive role in the country's oil and gas supply.According to "KazMunayGaz's development strategy for 2025," KazMunayGaz has stated that it is determined to become an efficient national oil and gas production and transportation company and meet the highest standards of safety and corporate governance.Accordingly,the strategic position of the HSE management system has been established.The research idea of this article is to learn from the theoretical research of HSE management system at home and abroad,especially the practical application of HSE management system in the field of petroleum,petrochemical and natural gas.Firstly,it briefly analyzes the current development status of the HSE management system of KazMunayGaz,and points out the current problems of this system.And then,it introduced the advanced management experience of oil companies in China and western countries,and focused on the characteristics of the HSE management system of China National Petroleum Corporation,Shell Corporation,and British BP Corporation.Find out what can be improved in KazMunayGaz and put forward sound proposals to the KazMunayGaz's HSE management system and better promote the development and enhance the core competitiveness of KazMunayGaz.
