The construction industry has developed rapidly in recent years and has become an important pillar of the national economy.While the construction industry is booming,the safety management of the construction industry has not been greatly improved,and the accident rate and mortality rate in the construction industry are second only to the transportation and mining industry,which is far from the expectations of the broad masses of the people.At the government level,starting from 2017,according to the central decision-making layout,in industries prone to major accidents,safety risks should be incorporated into the management of enterprises to build a reasonable safety risk prevention and control system;at the enterprise level,some enterprises have realized that safety production management should not be a rectification that has developed into a hidden danger of safety,but should be prevented in advance through more effective measures.Through the study of Shandong Xinxinyuan Real Estate Co.,Ltd,this paper finds out the problems and deficiencies in the current safety management of construction enterprises,and reflects the problems of the current construction enterprises in the safety management system;second,through the establishment of a dual prevention management system to achieve the improvement of the existing enterprise safety management system,solve the problems and deficiencies in the enterprise safety management system,and provide a reference for the construction of the dual prevention system of the same type of enterprises in the construction industry.This paper discusses the theory of dual prevention management system through literature research,and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of safety management in construction industry.Using quantitative analysis method,this paper studies the problems existing in safety production management and the causes of the problems.Using the empirical analysis method,through the construction of the dual prevention system of production safety,improve the existing safety production management system,solve the problems in production safety management,and achieve the goal of reducing the occurrence of safety production accidents.This paper is based on the current development of the construction industry,the construction of construction enterprises to build a dual prevention system of production safety.Through the dual prevention management system to optimize the existing construction industry safety production management system,block the possibility of production safety accidents,and achieve the purpose of reducing the incidence of safety accidents.With the continuous progress of science and technology,the production organization form of the construction industry is also constantly changing,and the research on the safety production management system of the construction industry should also be based on the actual changes in the development of the industry and enterprises.
