The pipelines of common corridors in chemical industry parks are dense,which is dangerous,high risk,and prone to chain accidents.Studying the emergency management methods of common corridors based on scenarios construction is of great significance for improving emergency preparedness and emergency response of common corridors.Based on the theory and method of scenario construction for a common corridors,the scenes of steam cloud explosion and jet fire accidents for ethylene and propylene pipelines in common corridors were constructed respectively,and a 3D model was established on site and simulation calculations were conducted.The evolution of the concentration distribution of ethylene or propylene diffusion,the evolution of the superpressure distribution field of the vapor cloud explosion,and the evolution of the jet fiery radiation distribution field have been obtained.The maximum overpressure values of ethylene and propylene vapor clouds explosion scenarios were 0.3MPa and 1.53MPa,and the maximum damage distances were 105.8m and 152m,respectively.The maximum overpressure values caused by the vapor explosion accident of ethylene and propylene on the three-layer pipeline were 0.088MPa,0.075MPa and 0.07MPa,0.869MPa,0.786MPa and 0.879MPa,respectively.It can be seen that,under the same conditions,the risk of propylene leak explosion is greater than the risk of ethylene leak explosion.Besides,the range of injuries caused by ethylene and propylene pipe jet fire accidents are 64.0m and 78.6m respectively,and the heat radiation values generated on the surface of the three-layer pipeline are respectively 523KW/m~2,406KW/m~2,802KW/m~2 and 675KW/m~2,399Kw/m~2,238KW/m~2.It can be seen that both fire scenarios can cause damage to the pipe racks and pipes.According to the accident scenario simulation process and results,the dangerous alert area after the ethylene or propylene pipeline leakage accident was delineated,and suggestions on the installation position of the monitor under the scenario of ethylene or propylene diffusion,vapor cloud explosion,and jet fire accident were proposed.Specific measures for emergency preparedness and emergency response,which is of great significance for improving emergency preparedness and emergency response of common corridors.The accident scenario simulation process and results in this paper provide a reference for accident-related emergency management.
