Design And Mechanics Analysis Of Globular Double-plugging Plug In 508mm Pipeline

The safety problem caused by pipe corrosion will create a security risk during long-term service.In addition,oil and gas pipeline will be deformed under the force of earthquake,crustal movement,vehicle load or other effects.Therefore,it is necessary for the pipeline with safety hazards to be maintained.Pipeline maintenance and emergency repair method can prevent oil and gas leakage from causing environmental pollution and economic losses,guarantee the safe operation of oil and gas pipeline.Maintenance technology can repair the broken pipeline in a short time.It can also complete the task of repairing and adding branch pipeline.Pipeline plug is an indispensable equipment,its performance is the key to the pipeline repair operation.(1)This paper presents the current situations of Pipeline Plug at home and abroad.Based on the demonstration of the overall maintenance technology,the advanced pipeline company products and the process of pipeline maintenance technology is introduced.This paper also declare the importance of pipeline plug in maintenance technology.(2)According to the overall design scheme,a new type of globular double-plugging plug was designed.The three-dimensional structure of each component was drawn by using SolidWorks software.(3)Through the combination of theoretical calculation and using ABAQUS software,This paper verifies the strength of the main components to meet the actual operation requirements and ensure the safety during the sealing process.(4)The optimization process of sealant cartridge is simplified by orthogonal experiment method.In order to make the structure more reasonable,the structural parameters of the sealant cartridge are optimized by neural network and geneticalgorithm.After the structural optimization,the sealing performance is significantly improved.
