| During the development history of offshore oil industry,submarine pipeline always plays an important role of oil "lifeline",but pipes in long process can be damaged by the influence of corrosion and external force,so it is essential for submarine pipeline to be repaired.Spherical double-plugging plug is a new type of sealing device,and studying on spherical double-plugging plug is a landmark for submarine pipeline repair technology.According to the principle and working process of spherical double-plugging plug,the research of feeding and connecting mechanism in this paper is as follows:1.Design the overall scheme of feeding and connecting mechanism of spherical double-plugging plug and analyze the working process;2.Design and check the structure of feeding and connecting mechanism by using theoretical calculation and finite element method,and complete the simulation of working process and the interference analysis by 3D modeling software;3.Prototyping the trial-production of feeding and connecting mechanism of spherical double-plugging plug when confirm that the dimensions and parameters meet the requirements.But a geometric deviation occurs during the process of manufacture of connecting mechanism,the problem has been solved after analyze its performance.The function of prototype has been tested after the assembly is complete,and the result shows that the feeding and connecting mechanism can both meet the design requirements. |
