Pipeline transportation because of the large amount of traffic,small footprint,small amount of work,less energy consumption,safe and reliable and less pollution and other advantages,in the oil and gas transport mode,has become the following water transport,rail transport,road transport and air transport The fifth largest way.In the country 70% crude oil and 99% of natural gas through the oil and gas pipeline to complete the transport.In recent years,oil and gas pipelines due to natural disasters,corrosion,and accidental human events,resulting in frequent oil and gas pipeline accidents.2008 to 2010,the oil headquarters reported oil and gas pipeline leakage,drilling Pirates of the oil,plug cards and other emergencies of more than 30 cases.In the face of a sudden pipeline accident,if there is no better emergency management system,the lack of effective response to emergencies,not only will lead to casualties and major economic losses,but also a serious threat to public safety and the natural environment,to the community caused serious negative influences.It is of great significance to establish the emergency repair system for oil and gas pipelines and to maintain the comprehensive and scientific progressive pipeline.It is of great significance to reduce the incidence and harm of oil and gas pipeline accidents.With the rapid development of oil and natural gas resources in all walks of life,the oil and gas pipeline network has developed rapidly.Oil and gas pipeline pipe network is growing,inevitably an emergency will occur.This paper introduces the development of various types of plugging at home and abroad,analyzes in detail the process of pipeline repair and operation,and clarifies the research contents of the control part of the plugging,so as to design and develop the emergency dam with ?508 pipe Pressure sealing equipment.The paper mainly completes the design of the electro-hydraulic control system of the double-sealing plugging of the ?508 pipe and the sealing test of the plugging.In this paper,the design of ?508 spherical double seal plugging prototype is designed.The electro-hydraulic control system of spherical plugging is designed.The control circuit design,control logic design,language programming and control interface design of electronic part are designed.Through the large-scale experiment of the spherical double-sealing plugging prototype,the motion performance and sealing performance of the machine are analyzed,and the experiment of the movement trajectory and the sealing ability of the prototype is studied to determine the influence of the motion precision and sealing ability of the prototype Factor,and provide the theoretical basis for the optimization of the follower plugging.
