Research On Lean Improvement Of F Silver Ore Dressing Process

In recent years,affected by the changes of world market economic pattern and the requirements of national sustainable development policies,the development of China's mining industry has experienced a prolonged downturn,and the global mining market activity index continues to decline,and the development of the mining industry is facing a severe situation.In response to the development of the mining economy at home and abroad,against the background of decreasing reserves of mineral resources and increasingly severe environmental protection,it is an effective way to seek for countertrend growth of mining economy to explore diversified development paths of mining economy,promote innovation of industrial development mode and carry out new mining production activities of dual channel innovation of geological technology and management mode.Improving the management method of mining production activity site is the foundation of mining production management mode innovation,in order to understand the current situation of the management mode of mining production activities,analyze the problems and put forward Suggestions for improvement,this paper selected the typical mineral dressing production in mining production activities as the research object and took the mineral dressing production process of F silver mine as the specific case for improvement to carry out the research.This paper introduces the background,significance,research status at home and abroad and the main content and technical route of the research,and expounds the theoretical basis and methods related to lean production,value stream analysis and industrial engineering,based on the current production situation of F silver mine,relevant production data were collected for problem analysis,and the current situation map of value stream was drawn,find out the existing problems according to the status chart,and use the ISM to find out the bottleneck factors,it was found that the main problems of F silver mine include high degree of equipment aging,low enthusiasm of workers,unreasonable workshop layout and multiple operating procedures.Further improvement Suggestions were put forward through ECRS,5W1 H and TPM,combined with the actual situation of F silver ore concentrator,the following improvement implementation plan is proposed:1.adjust the layout of dressing production site;2.update and replace mineral processing production equipment;3.personnel quality improvement and dynamic management.And draw the future map of value stream to evaluate the implementation effect of the improvement plan,the conclusion is: after one-time lean improvement and promotion,the ratio of value-added time to totaloperating time was increased by 17.12%,and the efficiency was increased by 21.69%,the output ore was increased by 30 tons per shift.this transformation can significantly improve the economic benefits of mineral processing.Through the study of lean improvement of F silver ore dressing process,the problems existing in F silver ore dressing production activities were effectively solved,and the economic benefits of F silver ore dressing were improved.This paper has some practical and theoretical significance for mining production management mode innovation.
