Research On Improvement Of Environmental Protection Enterprise Performance Evaluation System Based On Financial Shared Service Model

Environmental protection industry and the national call for green ecological concept is closely linked,in environmental protection in the process of enterprise growth and development,the scale expands unceasingly,the environmental protection project distribution is more and more dispersed,as countries shared economic model,financial shared services in the field of accounting mode because of its innovation specialization and standardization management by managers,it is helpful to environmental protection enterprises continuously optimize and upgrade strategy.China adopted the financial sharing service mode relatively late,the mode is not mature,and there are defects in the operation and management of environmental protection enterprises,so effective improvement of the performance level of environmental protection enterprises under the financial sharing service mode is closely concerned by managers.At present our country scholar’s research has focused on financial shared services from the perspective of macro research mode of the enterprise performance management,and this article stands at a microscopic Angle by using the combined method of qualitative and quantitative study of environmental protection enterprise performance,financial shared services mode selection with the environmental protection enterprise performance evaluation index,improve the performance evaluation system,through the analysis of the evaluation results found that financial shared services mode existing in the environmental protection enterprise in performance management,formulate corresponding countermeasures,such as management system,financial shared services mode in order to promote environmental protection enterprise performance management level.Financial shared services model,based on the related theory,performance evaluation and environmental protection in financial shared services mode of environmental protection enterprises as the research object,through the survey found that the enterprise performance evaluation system is not perfect,risk control is not strict,and so on traditional balanced scorecard four levels increase the risk level,the financial shared services model of system risk and the legal risks of doing business into the performance evaluation system,combined with financial shared services model to improve the environmental protection enterprise performance evaluation system,using analytic hierarchy process levels and determine weights are divided,highlight enterprise management needs to focus on higher weights of indicators,Then will improve performance evaluation system is applied to M environmental protection enterprises,by analyzing the evaluation results,found that M comprehensive evaluation for general environmental protection enterprises,financial evaluation for good with customers,risk,learning and growth,the evaluation results is good,the internal process for general,put forward the optimization of internal processes and technology innovation,improve the personnel training system and establish the interview mechanism,quantitative increase financial sharing system security,quality of service and open up foreign markets.The innovation of this paper lies in the improvement of the performance evaluation system of environmental protection enterprises under the mode of financial shared service.In addition to the original performance evaluation system,indicators at the risk level are added to conduct quantitative analysis of specific indicators and weights,which not only enrich the content of balanced scorecard,but also form a performance evaluation system that can truly and objectively reflect the performance of enterprises,have the universality of environmental protection industry and promote the improvement of enterprise performance management level.
