With the rapid economic development,more and more companies are expanding their activities at home or abroad.While enterprises continue to expand their scale,many problems will inevitably occur between the modern market environment and the traditional enterprise management mode,this led to unstable operational efficiency and higher operational and administrative costs.To address these shortcomings,to further enhance the competitiveness of our business,a number of large national and international groups and companies have started to establish shared financial services centres as a new model of financial management.Its benefits lie in the efficient and effective management of a company’s finances.Reduce the cost and optimize the enterprise’s resource allocation.Therefore,whether the financial sharing model as a new model can play its due role in the enterprise depends on whether it can achieve objective and accurate performance evaluation.Therefore,it is very important to study the performance evaluation of enterprise financial sharing.This paper examines Nangang Group’s financial services centre.An analysis of the Group’s performance shows that traditional measurement approach have fallen behind,and it is still in the stage of assessing the individual performance of the employees in the group.It is impossible to objectively measure the value of an employee in a scientifically sound method,the overall performance evaluation system is backward and the indicators are single and the methods are simple.To address the above problems,a performance measurement system based on balanced scorecard is adopted in this paper.The system consists mainly of financial,customers,business processes,training and growth.Fourteen key performance indicators are selected from the above dimensions,including budget implementation rate,Overall error rate,customer satisfaction,level of achievement of training objectives,etc.The analytical AHP(AHP)is used to calculate and allocate the weight of various indicators in different dimensions,and the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method is used to formulate the final assessment results,so as to clarify and concretize the ambiguous problems.However,the practical application of the performance evaluation system reconstructed by the Nangang Group Financial Sharing Centre,we can clearly state that the system still has shortcomings in several fields such as maintaining customer relations and training group employees,which need to be optimized.Finally,this paper improves the culture construction and institutional communication of the Financial Sharing Service Centre to ensure the efficient operation of the Financial Sharing Service Centre,and also hopes that the investigation into the performance evaluation system of the Nangang Group Financial Sharing Centre will serve as a reference for other companies. |
