Systematic Analysis And Simulation Study Of Unsafe Behavior Of Construction Workers

Safety accidents occur frequently in the construction industry,and there are many factors causing construction safety accidents.Unsafe acts are the main cause of construction safety accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the control and intervention of unsafe acts of construction workers.Early studies tended to focus on the use of individual and static methods to study unsafe acts of construction workers.Few studies used systematic and dynamic methods to study the impact of various factors on unsafe acts of construction workers.Therefore,based on HFACS and empirical study,this paper identified the influencing factors and their relationships of unsafe acts of construction workers,constructed the system dynamics model,and operated the case test on the system simulation platform.Based on the simulation results,this paper quantitatively analyzed the level of safety acts of construction workers in time series,and analyzed the internal law and key factors of the system of unsafe acts of construction workers.Consequently,this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions on preventing and controlling unsafe acts of construction workers.The results showed that the improvement of the lower-level latent factors had more direct effect on safety acts of construction workers,and the deepest and most fundamental factors were external factors.At the same time,9 key factors,organizational process,site management level,adequate design work,supervision,spiritual states,operation and use,design matching and physical environment,were identified,which had remarkable effects on the improvement of safety acts of construction workers.Based on these,the principles of combining short-term and medium-long-term measures,combining static and dynamic management and key management were put forward.And countermeasures and measures for prevention and control of unsafe acts of construction workers according to the key factors were proposed.
