With the rapid developmet of modern social economy,people’s dress is more and more pursuing unique style,distinctive and personalized.Successful garment styles always have obvious style characteristics.Garment styles and not only fully convey the concept of designers,but also express the emotional needs of consumers.In the traditional garment customization system,only designers participate in garment design,and the style is single.Faced with many styles,users only arrage and combine their styles repeatedly,and do not realiz the innovative design of users.In order to solve these problems,this article proposes a user-oriented interactive evolutionary computing based on method for garment design,to achieve innovative garment design,to meet user customization needs and enhance market competitiveness.On the basis of reviewing the development status of garment customization and interactive evolutionary computing,the steps and system flow of customized garment design based on interactive evolutionary computation are studied,and the automatic generation method of garment style is also studied.Taking men’s suits as an example,the principal component analysis method is used to extract the elements of garment design and code them.Combined with the interactive genetic algorithm,the user-satisfied binary string of garment style is generated.The style binary string is decoded into visual style graph by decoding algorithm.Based on the platform of matlab,the prototype of customized garment system based on interactive evolutionary computing is realized,users can carry out innovative garment design through interactive graphical interface,automatic drawing of user-designed garment styles,which provides methods and technical support for garment customization.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of garment design,the factors influencing garment style design are systematically studied.Taking men’s suits as an example,this article uses the principal component analysis method to analyze the style design of suits.Through the data dimension reduction processing of typical style samples,the factors affecting the style design of suits are obtained.Based on the analysis of the style design elements,the design scheme of suits based on interactive evolutionary computation is analyzed.(2)The research status and methods of interactive evolutionary computing are analyzed.The automatic design of customized clothing based on genetic algorithm is studied.Taking suit as an example,the coding and decoding scheme of interactive genetic algorithm and the algorithm flow of interactive genetic algorithm are given.The genetic operation of genetic algorithm can be carried out by coding scheme,and the binary string generated by genetic algorithm can be decoded to draw the corresponding suit style pattern automatically.(3)Based on the analysis of the problems faced by traditional interactive genetic algorithm and aiming at the problem of user fatigue,a typical style is applied to the process of interactive genetic algorithm,which is assigned to the initial population as a parameter.The appropriate parameters of crossover and mutation probability are selected through experiments to accelerate the convergence speed of the algorithm and effectively alleviate user fatigue.(4)On the basis of the above research,the function of customized garment based on interactive evolutionary computing is analyzed,and the prototype system of customized garment design based on interactive evolutionary computing is realized.The system can set the parameters of the interactive genetic algorithm to change the crossover,mutation probability and termination conditions of the genetic algorithm,and automatically generate different suit style diagrams according to user evaluation.Finally,the system is tested and verified to verify the correctness and validity of the algorithm.There are 22 figures,23 tables and 63 references.
