With the rapid development of economy,people’s lifestyles become more diversified,began to pursue personalized clothing design,hoping to wear in line with their own characteristics and aesthetic needs,specifically tailored for their own clothing.People in the clothing selection criteria,no longer simply consider the clothing style,modeling details and model size,and gradually from the choice of simple and beautiful,comfortable and popular design to the cohesive nature of the modified self,highlight the temperament of the personalized design.However,a fit clothing is not only fabric,style,color and other design elements of choice,but also the need for personalized clothing production process to support alone,or difficult to meet the personalized costume design.In this paper,the technology of artificial intelligence technology is used to research and develop the automatic generation system of garment production process based on case reasoning for personalized customization.This topic is derived from the "Research on Human Body Measurements,Fabrics and Garment Production and Design"(No.2013KJ-124)and "Personalized Customized Life cycle Management and Service Key Technology R & D" No.2014066).Through access to a vast amount of literature at home and abroad and deep research of enterprise,the current single need artificial design personalized custom clothing production process,because of influenced by subjective factors lead to easy to do not have a unified standard,at the same time,enterprises have some did not take full advantage of rich resources,aiming at these problems,this paper,the automatic generation of the production process of personalized clothing customization system researches the key technology and methods of research,and developed a personalized customization oriented garment production process automatic generation system,the main work and research results are as follows:(1)in the research and analysis of the clothing production process design based on the elements,the elements are classified research,can be divided into clothing design elements,elements of clothing color,clothing rules and clothing emotional elements.(2)in the research and analysis on the basis of the personalized needs of customers,using the method of case-based reasoning,build the clothing production process automatic generation of knowledge representation based on ontology model,adopt the method ofsimilarity calculation concept tree,similar to the case case similarity calculation,based on the similar case reuse and case study,implement the clothing production process automatic generation method based on case-based reasoning.(3)in a clothing manufacture process design requirements,and business process as the background,using case-based reasoning method,multivariate data fusion technology and clothing structure inside and outside the recognition technology,design and implementation of a personalized custom automatic generating system of garment production process has been proved in practice and enterprise.Figure: 38,Tables: 21,References: 60. |
