Analysis On The Prospect Of Kazakhstan's Oil Export

Kazakhstan is a major oil producer in Central Asia.Due to the scarcity of domestic refineries,there is a serious shortage of refining capacity.Most of the crude oil produced is exported.Energy industry such as oil,natural gas and other industries is the basis of Kazakhstan national economic chain.The domestic economy suffered a severe blow: GDP growth slowly,fiscal revenue plummeted,the average income of residents decreased.As a Kazakhstan,which is economically dependent on energy exports,it is necessary to analyze its domestic oil production and export prospects.This paper analyzes and forecasts the future oil export prospects by analyzing the crude oil production and export volume in Kazakhstan in the past decade.the output of domestic crude oil reached 86 million 200 thousand ton in 2017,and the export volume was 69 million 800 thousand ton,up to 11.3%.Analysis of future oil export prospects: around 2020,the domestic oil production will be 100 million ton,and the export volume will break through 80 million ton;in 2025,its capacity will reach 130 million ton,and the export volume will reach 100 million ton.Analysis of international oil prices,supply and demand,geopolitics and other factors on the impact of Kazakhstan's oil exports.In order to deal with the problems faced by oil export,some suggestions are put forward,including system,security,capital and international cooperation.Kazakhstan should strengthen its position in the international energy market,cooperate actively with energy consuming countries such as Asia and strengthen the supervision of oil companies.KMG should take the initiative to cooperate with the national energy sector,formulate the strategic goal of oil export,and improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the international market.
