Based on the traditional LNG refueling station,the new LNG refueling station uses the natural gas as its main gas source,equipped with a set of natural gas purification and liquefaction plant and gets LNG products.Then through the low temperature submersible pump convey the LNG which stored in the low temperature LNG storage tank to the LNG gas dispenser.This paper takes natural gas liquefaction and filling process as research target,and uses HYSYS software to simulate and analyze the process.The calculation model of each module is briefly described and the PR equation is used as the state equation of phase equilibrium.On the basis of the existing single stage mixed refrigerant liquefaction process,a suitable mixed refrigerant was selected.After the steady state simulation,the influence of natural gas flow,temperature and pressure on the performance of liquefaction process was analyzed by defining specific power consumption.And the LNG filling process is simulated,considering the pipeline gas supply is insufficient,initiating tankers transport LNG operation mode.The process calculation of the filling part is carried out to determine the main parameters of each equipment,and the equipment selection is completed at the same time to complete the design.Finally,the economy of self liquefied LNG filling station is compared with that of CNG filling station and external gas source LNG filling station,and it is considered that the economic efficiency of self liquefied LNG filling station is the best.
