As the sustainable development of the world economy,the consumption structure of energy in the constantly changing,the demand for Natural Gas is also increasing,LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas,or LNG)with its high efficiency,flexibility and other characteristics favored by countries around the world,the construction of LNG receiving station,LNG stations,production operation scale also increased year by year,especially the rapid growth of demand for LNG automobile transportation.In addition,because of the low temperature properties of LNG,inevitably produce LNG Gas or flash steam evaporation(Boil Off Gas,or BOG),more than allowed pressure requires emissions into the atmosphere,the energy conservation and emissions reduction,environmental pollution,safety etc.There are also many disadvantages.So it is necessary to analyze the existing LNG vehicle LNG stations process,combined the technology of LNG receiving station again and again small liquefaction technology method,analysis the BOG,suitable for LNG vehicle stations re-liquefaction process requirement.This paper discusses the development status of LNG stations at home and abroad and BOG re-liquefaction technology research status.And LNG stations in Henan Luoyang core Fan village as an example,the typical process flow and main equipment of LNG stations are studied,analysis the principal causes of BOG,including pipeline leakage,tank leakage of hot,unloading tank pressure is too high,in the process of LNG submerged pump running in the process of heat and gas gas displacement and the influence of atmospheric pressure to store LNG,etc.To produce the BOG,a variety of reasons,by static discharge of theoretical calculation of LNG stations within each link BOG,,and the amount of BOG,produced under different working conditions and the actual loss is analyzed,puts forward the operation method of BOG,LNG stations within the control,as well as to the gas source,equipment management measures such as selection of insulation materials and requirements.There are small re-liquefaction technology principle,process flow,efficiency and energy consumption are analyzed and compared.Results show that the LNG stations at the beginning of the run,the market is not mature,will produce a certain amount of BOG,should act ively take measures to control.No choice to re-liquefaction recycling network conditions,re-liquefaction process shall meet at least 30 kg/h of liquefaction processing capacity,energy consumption per unit of liquefied in 1.5 k Wh/kg,to ensure that the e conomy.Research results can provide small BOG re-liquefaction process of design and manufacturing to provide the actual demand of technology parameter,decision did not choose to liquefaction equipment provides guidance.
