| Liquefied natural gas (LNG) contains much valuable cold energy, recycling this part of cold energy can have very significant economic and social benefits. Compared with the large LNG receiving terminal, although the available cold energy of a single LNG Satellite Station,which is a kind of small LNG receiving and gasification terminal, is significantly smaller, but it scattered all over the country, its total cold energy is staggering. So, the research of cold energy utilization of LNG Satellite Station gets more and more people’s attention. Compared to other cold energy utilization projects, the ice making process is very simple, and it’s technology is mature, with low investment, less regional restriction, and the market demand of ice is very large, so the ice making process is especially suitable for the cold energy utilization of LNG satellite station.In this paper, the LNG Satellite Station’s own characteristics and the characteristics of its cold energy supply have been detailed analyzed. On this basis, in view of the existing LNG cold energy ice-making process problems (the mismatch between LNG vaporizing quantity and ice requirement and the amount of LNG gasification ice-making capacity instability of the problems of seasonal fluctuations), this paper designed three sets of new ice-making process which is more suitable for the LNG cold energy utilization project of LNG Satellite Station. The three sets of new technology can not only solve the problems existing in the existing process, can also seasonal imbalance of electricity and gas mitigation effect.Process2and3of them in a process, on the basis of further improvement.First, using the HYSYS simulation software, analysis of three sets of new technological process have been simulated, the simulation results show that the operation of the three sets of new technological process is perfectly matched with the requirements of the cold energy utilization project of LNG Satellite Station. Then the main operation parameters of the three sets of technical process is optimized, the optimized three sets of technological process of the compressor energy consumption were reduced by17%or so, the optimization effect is very obvious.According to the parameters optimized simulation results, three sets of new technological process system has carried on the comparative analysis of energy consumption between the result shows:the process of second and third than process low energy consumption, but two of technical processes and the technological process of three energy consumption is very small difference between the list from the size of the energy consumption is difficult to determine the set of process improvement method is better, so this article further considering the initial investment and operating equipment maintenance problems, think in terms of the initial investment and maintenance management, the third process has little advantage.Finally, take the LNG Satellite Station that vaporizing quantity is2-10×004Nm3/d for example, this paper have analyzed the economical efficiency of the three sets of new process, and the results show that:1, the energy saving effect of the three sets of new process are all very obvious, compared with the ordinary method of ice-making, each of the new processes can most save above to5000yuan of electricity cost every day when produce the same amount of ice;2, the economy benefits of the three sets of new process are very significant, the annual gross income of each process will amount to300.000yuan. Under the condition of the same amount of gasification, the third process has the greatest daily income, and the greater the amount of LNG gasification, the more daily income of the second and third processes compared with the first process.Thus, this paper believes that the third ice-making process is more appropriate as the LNG cold energy utilization project of LNG Satellite Station. |
