| With the large-scale development of nature gas and the changes of the world energy structure which tending to clean energy,the liquefied natural gas is playing a more and more important role.Compared with the conventional natural gas,liquefied natural gas has a lot of advantages,such as convenient storage and transportation,safety,less indirect investment,peak shaving,environmental protection and so on.Therefore,with the popularization of LNG,it has an important significance to do the optimization simulation research of LNG liquefaction process and operation parameters.This paper firstly researched the natural gas liquefied process in home and abroad,compared their advantages and disadvantages,selected a high efficient cooling process,and on this basis made the selection of the process simulation software,selected an optimal simulation software for natural gas liquefaction process calculation.According to the process optimized simulation software HYSYS and the equation of state,this paper optimized from two aspects of process structure and process parameters.Eventually,establish an optimized natural gas liquefaction process.The process optimization is the basis of the structural optimization,an reasonable structural arrangement can reduce energy consumption,get high quality products.This paper mainly optimized structure from three aspects which are the refrigerant compressor,the refrigerant liquid outlet position after cooling and the throttle technology to improve the efficiency of the compressor,reduce the compressor shaft power and reduce the power consumption of the system.The paper through the simulation software,compared the effects of operating parameters on the system efficiency,including the parameters of the cold box heat exchanger,the pipeline pressure drop,cold box heat leakage parameters,the pressure of the mixed refrigerant level,the pre cooling temperature and so on.Through simulation,determined an optimum technological parameters.Based on this,simulated an optimization scheme of mixed refrigerant composition and formulation.This paper make simulation studies in order to reduce the energy consumption of natural gas liquefaction system,improve the system efficiency and the quality of the products.The research content is scientific and reasonable,the simulation results have a certain role in guiding the natural gas industry. |
