Hydrogen sulfide?H2S?is a colorless,poisonous gas,produced in oil and gas production and processing link.If the gas does not pass through scientific processing but emists into the environment,it will not only pollute the environment seriously,but also poses a great threat to human life safety.So the hydrogen sulfide thorough treatment is necessary.In this paper,the influence of various experimental factors on the absorption rate of hydrogen sulfide in wet oxidation absorption method is studied.In this paper,the absorption liquid of ethylenediamine tetraacetic ammonium tetraacetic acid was investigated,and the reaction rate was studied by electrochemical method.Firstly,the change of solution potential in the reaction process was recorded by electrochemical workstation,and then the absorption rate and regeneration rate were obtained by using standard curve obtained by standard solution.In the experiment,the effects of the reaction temperature,the concentration of Fe3+in the solution,the concentration of hydrogen ions and the content of hydrogen sulfide in the gas phase were investigated.The experimental results show that the absorption rate increases with the increase of Fe3+,and the reaction series is 0.99 for the trivalent iron.The absorption reaction rate increases with the increase of hydrogen sulfide content in the gas phase,and the corresponding reaction series is 0.92.The higher the pH value is,the higher the absorption rate is,but the change is not obvious,indicating that the acidity has little effect on the absorption rate.Within the temperature range of 4060?,the absorption and regeneration of the reaction rate increased with temperature increase.The theoretical absorption model is designed,and the model is verified by experiments under laboratory conditions.The optimal conditions of optimum absorption can be obtained by substituting the model into the existing conditions,which is of great significance for the design of hydrogen sulfide absorption reactor in the future.
